Scope
This policy covers the project brief form on hongyunsealing.com, operated by Zhejiang Hongyun Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. (“we”).
Information we collect
What you enter: company, contact name, email, phone, request type, project stage and project description. Phone, request type and project stage are optional.
Purpose
We use it only to answer your request, assess the project and follow up with you, not for unrelated marketing.
Processing and sharing
On submission, our server forwards the form to our sales and engineering group on WeCom (provided by Tencent); the server does not store the form. If forwarding is unavailable, the form opens your email client and you send it to our sales mailbox yourself.
We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties, except where required by law.
Server logs and cookies
Our web server keeps access logs (IP address, time, page and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Retention
We keep the information for as long as needed to answer your request and any resulting cooperation, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may contact us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
