A manufacturer that develops, produces and sells automotive seals
We develop and manufacture rubber, plastic and tooling products, with automotive sealing profiles as the core business: sunroof seals, glass runs and belt seals, body seals, hood and trim seals, molded parts, and custom applications such as curtain-wall gaskets.
Compounding, tooling design, co-extrusion, finishing and testing are all carried out on the Xianju site. The quality system is certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and the company was recognised as a Zhejiang High-tech Enterprise in 2018.
Our rubber compounds are proprietary, developed with a joint laboratory at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Granted patents include invention patents for a modified silica preparation method and a rubber mixing line, and utility patents for an internal-mixer feeding device and a sunroof-seal fine-seam splicing machine. Recognised as a High-tech Enterprise in 2018 and a Taizhou Municipal Enterprise Technology Centre in 2020.
